Application Procedure for Management Seats/Govt Quota Seats:-

• The enclosed forms have to be filled up by the candidate in her own handwriting in capital letters.
• Form must be accompanied with four passport size photographs.
• Incomplete forms are likely to be rejected.
• Students shall have to submit anti-ragging affidavitat at the time of admission.
• For Govt.Quota Seats-Advertisement comes in the leading news papers from Govt and accordingly application has to be sent to the Director Medical Education Shimla.
